Herb Kelleher (co-founder, Chairman Emeritus, and former CEO of Southwest Airlines), when asked about the importance of placing customers first, responded that customers are NOT #1 at Southwest Airlines but that employees come first. He went on to explain that when employees are well cared for they provide first-class care for customers.
We have followed the “take care of your employees first” philosophy and proven that a team who feels fully-supported and safe will fiercely act in the best interest of their clients. We strongly believe that we have two essential tenets from which all else emanates: We take care of each other and we take care of clients better than anyone else.
We are more interested in your financial well-being than anyone who doesn’t share your last name. Technology, expertise, experience, and processes are all important but they mean little until you pair them with a team who truly cares about you.
