Since joining Mike Cunningham Investments in 2019, Troy Russell has played a central role in supporting Joni White and managing the day-to-day operations of client service. He leads process improvements, maintains database systems, and ensures the firm’s workflows run smoothly so clients receive consistent, reliable care.
Before joining the firm, Troy spent 30 years as an independent agent helping clients navigate individual and group health, life, disability, and cancer insurance, as well as Medicare supplements. His deep experience gives him a strong understanding of clients’ needs and an ability to support both simple and complex service requests.
Outside of work, Troy delights in time with his rapidly growing family. When he isn’t enjoying their company, he’s solving mechanical puzzles or practicing jiu-jitsu at the gym his son founded. Troy brings patience, curiosity, and steady reliability to everything he does.
