Josh Gleason has been a vital part of Mike Cunningham Investments since 2018 and currently serves as Operations Manager. He ensures the office runs efficiently while providing hands-on support to clients. Known for his precision, Josh oversees the firm’s business operations, including database management, technology systems, workflow processes, and day-to-day client service. He also contributes to financial planning and analysis, helping guide the firm’s strategic decisions.
Before joining the team, Josh completed a two-year Leadership Development Program with Bell Helicopter and Textron Systems, sharpening his skills in strategy, communication, and teamwork. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2015 with a degree in Marketing and minors in Accounting, Finance, and International Business. Josh holds Series 7 registration through LPL Financial, Series 66 registration through Private Advisor Group, and earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselorᵀᴹ designation.
Outside the office, Josh and his wife, Meghan, share their home (and sometimes their desk space) with their two dogs, Ella and Olive. They can be found sipping coffee anywhere from a national park to a hockey game.
